Dashboard Overview
Once you sign up and login, your dashboard provides custom program details of goals, habits and workouts. All workouts come with video demonstration. Also, a private in-app messaging feature allows for weekly check-ins.

Weekly Calendar
Your calendar allows you to track past and upcoming activity including progress photos, workouts, habits, and food intake. The app syncs to your Google Calendar or iCloud calendar.

Habit Tracker
This feature track habits of nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, and more during the day. Wellness goes beyond workouts.
